Mine got here in like 4-5 days to Philly, so NYC should be similar probably. They don't have super fast shipping options afaik.

Yeah, I wouldn't count on it being next-day or anything. Took about a week for my last order to get to me in Boston. They usually ship out pretty quick though, just ground shipping is kinda slow.

I've tried both Somnus and Natrol. Somnus is definitely more natural feeling, not that groggy morning after effect I sometimes got with Natrol. It's more gentle.

Honestly, it's different. I use it alongside my Oura ring and my sleep scores improved. Beam is more of a ritual thing for me, but Somnus is my go-to for actually falling asleep without melatonin.
